PARTNER / ENTERPRISECoPilot will calculate a route based upon the active vehicle routing profile, which sets the features of your vehicle including height, weight and length. This information, combined with hazmat information, is then considered when CoPilot generates a route.
If you are being routed down inappropriate roads in relation to your vehicle, please review your active routing profile to ensure it is accurate.
Depending on your deployment, you may not have the ability to alter this profile. If you are unable to alter your profile, please speak to your manager or integrator who will be able to provide further information on how to adjust this information.
