ActiveTraffic may not be updating due to the lack of a mobile signal or because you have not subscribed for this additional feature. CoPilot will check for traffic updates regularly. If an extended period of time passes and you believe an update has not been received please check that the device has connection to a mobile network.
If updates are being received but you wish to receive these more often, extend the area that is being checked for traffic information or amend the time that a detour would be provided. These parameters are all configurable. Please refer to the documentation available on the CoPilot Professional Portal or click Submit Ticket at the top of this screen for further support relating to ActiveTraffic.
