When you add a driver to your company's account in the Account Manager, the driver will receive an email that:
- Explains that he or she has been assigned licenses for CoPilot, MileOn, or both, on your company account.
- Provides instructions on how to download and activate the apps on their device.
- Links to support materials on how to use the apps for trip planning (MileOn) and voice-guided navigation (CoPilot).
On the Account Manager site, you can see whether or not the driver has activated the app. Activated will be listed under the Invite column for that driver.
The MileOn and CoPilot apps are built to be easy to use, and we have many resources available to help you quickly get drivers up and running on the apps.
