Unexpected freezes in software applications can occur and be the result of a variety of factors, the occurrence of these should be very rare in CoPilot. If you do happen to encounter one of these rare issues please contact support with full details that have led to the issue. Please provide the CoPilot Version, Routing Profile details and scenario where possible, this information will allow us to investigate and identify the cause of the issue.
