You can create a CoPilot ID or sign in with your existing CoPilot ID.

If you’re already signed in with your CoPilot ID you can view and also change the email address or password for your CoPilot ID.

Change the email address for your CoPilot ID

  • In the main menu, tap MyCoPilot.
  • Tap My Account.
  • Tap the icon next to CoPilot ID.
  • The email address you used to create your CoPilot ID will be displayed.
  • Enter the new email address you want to use as well as your current password, then tap Done to save changes.

You'll be notified on-screen once your CoPilot ID has been successfully changed.

Change the password for your CoPilot ID

  • In the main menu, tap MyCoPilot.
  • Tap My Account.
  • Tap Change Password.
  • The email address you used to create your CoPilot ID will be displayed.
  • Create a new and secure password that you can also remember easily.
  • Tap Done to save the changes.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten the password for your CoPilot ID, please enter the email address you used to create your account to receive a reminder.

Restore License

You can easily restore your feature upgrades and subscriptions in the event of a problem.

  • To do this, tap Restore License
  • It may take a few moments to restore your license(s) and settings, please be patient.
