When entering a tunnel, CoPilot should display an icon at the top portion of your screen stating you are in Tunnel mode. You may temporarily lose a GPS fix but should regain a fix upon exiting.

If you do not, please submit a support ticket and provide your CoPilot ID and device information along with the GPS track file for the trip.

To find the GPS track file associated with your trip:

  1. Connect your device to your PC
  2. Locate the com.alk.copilot folder
  3. Locate the GPS tracks folder
  4. Provide the GPS track with your trip’s date
